I couldn't be happier with the color or the service. My hair came out beautiful, it's the color I imagined, and it's so incredibly soft I can barely stop touching it! Why spend $150+ every month in the salon when you can get amazing color for so much less!

I used this product for the first time a few days ago and the color turned out great. I was impressed with the grey coverage. I will be a life long customer.- they even took the time to help me get my color just right.

Wonderful match for my hair. The first color sent was a tad too dark. I voiced my concerns on my review and my colorist, Callie, made it perfect! 😁

Too dark and matt, overall color was dull

This hair product is not for me, not only it made my hair look too dark, zero dimensional color. It also made my hair stiff, crunchy! .. Not good! Sorry but this has to be the worst product I've ever used.
