I hate my hair colorIam pale and this color darkest brown with golden undertones makes my hair almost black. I had no idea it would wash me out this bad. I have naturally dark brown hair but not this dark and I have been going to the salon and getting blonde highlights vfor the last ten years due to the pandemic I can't afford to and now that I'm close to forty the grays show, the last time about a month or more ago I bought a box from a drug store of a brownish red color I sent in a pic of it. If you have grey hair, this might not work for you.Given that the pandemic has made us all into our own hairdressers, I thought a hair color subscription--of sorts--would be an excellent idea. And, this service is amazing. I really appreciated the details that went into my order (ie extra pair of gloves). That said, the product itself was lacking considerably. While I liked the no-mess formula, there was not enough product to cover my roots entirely. Even the front and side sections which were fully covered came out with about 50% coverage. I have black hair, but have been dyeing it since I started going prematurely grey. Poor CoverageI tried the product on myself and was very surprised of how poorly it covered, I read and followed the instructions to the letter but it totally failed to live up to my expectations. Due to how unsatisfied I was with the use of just one of your products I will not consider using anything else you produce and would ask you remove my details from your records with immediate effect. Poor grey coverage and insufficient productI have hair that is just past my shoulders and quite thick. I had sent in a photo of my hair and emphasized the results i wanted to achieve. I had a friend help with application and it quickly became clear that there was not enough of the colour. We stretched it as much as possible and followed the instructions but unfortunately the results were not ideal and I still have grey visible at my temples. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
