Color Off, Strong Scent, Fried endsI was really hopefully for this product to be something I loved. But it was disappointing to say the least. Color was pretty much brown, not a red/copper variation. The smell was so strong, it was difficult to apply between holding my breath and my eyes burning. Roots are Covered Better than EverI am extremely happy with esalon! The first kit came with the two colors to even out my roots to the rest of my hair. I was sure I would screw it up but it came out perfect and so shiny! Love the color!The process for designing the color perfect for me was fast and easy. When my color was delivered and applied, it was an easy process with excellent instructions.
