2 different shades for roots and ends?My hair is pretty much one color of dark brown all over with some natural undertone of red. I ordered dark brown color dye and specified my hair was long. i received two bottles of dye. one was marked dark brown and the other was marked golden. the instructions where to use the dark brown on my roots and the golden on my ends. i was very hesitant and confuised as to why did i receve golden in the fisrt place. I wa sso desperate to dye my hair and my grey's were out of control that i went ahead and just didi it. after drying i noticed the roots were a very dark brown and ends were light brown. its not horrible and super noticble , and I'm not sure what went wrong if i ordered wronf or there wa smiscommunication? I am curently waitting for a color specialist to call me and discuss. I will try one more order and then decidie if I will continue. I would like to add that the priduct itself seems very good and the smell of shampoo and conditioner sample pack it comes with is very nice! I was disappoibnted with the box it came in. outcomeHello, I am very disappointed with the outcome. I followed instructions and had previously indicated I needed gray coverage. I also have very fine hair so I have to wait to re-dye it. Not greatI really liked how the product was packaged and the detailed instructions made it easy to know how to apply. Unfortunately, even following the directions exactly, the root color is Not in anyway a dark blonde , more a medium blonde and looks nothing like the color choice I made online.
