Not what I expected!I had hopes of this being better than store bought “boxed color.” It’s only been 2 days, the color is washing out completely at my roots. ConsistencyI like your product very much and having the choice to customize the color is great. My problem is the consistency. I can't put it on using the bottle method, it is too thick and does not come out of the bottle. So I have to brush it on, which is very hard, if you do it yourself, because you cannot do the back. HorribleMy hair is ruined it's supposed to be blonde I ordered to touch up my roots now my hair is blue-gray I'm so sick over it! Don't order light ash blonde it's actually blue gray!
