Not for me...I questioned the color choice when setting up profile. Told them the color I previously used was dark brown. Emailed e-salon about my concern that the color would be too dark. It took me until today to get the nerve up to even do a strand test. As I said, this color is way too dark and Mahogany color. The Best Experience!every time I would buy hair color from a local store, the chemical smell would be so strong I would have to go outside for 20 minutes to be able to breath without getting sick. eSalon's custom hair color has the most mild scent, I was able to stay in 1 room with the door closed! for those of you that are sensitive to chemical smells you truly understand this. My color is now rich and shiny instead of dull after 1 week. My gray's are properly covered and haven't reappeared after the normal 3-4 weeks! Great experience trying a new product!
