Burned scalpColored hair with reccommended product. Third time using esalon color. This time, developer and color began a burning sensation almost immediately after applying. Could not leave it on for the reccommended 30 minutes per instructions. Rinsed out after 15 minutes. Now I have scabs and dry dead skin throughout my scalp. Very upset. I Love The Color!Sorry for writing this so late. But I did write a review on Facebook. My daughter is a stylist and when I asked her to put the color in my hair, she said " Ok Mom, what have you got this time?". She was impressed that everything was included with the color kit. But after she put the color in...Wow! The color was so rich and beautiful. My hair had not looked this "alive" in years. I loved it! And my stylist daughter was impressed!
