Not pleased with resultsI tried my custom made hair color twice and both times the color has not been able to successfully take on my grey hair. This time I had someone assist with the coloring to ensure that all areas were covered. After the processing and rinsing was complete there were noticeable hairs that were still grey. Poor Result, No back upHaving followed instructions to the letter l ended up with, grey roots and lovely lengths. The root dye didn't take at all. HorribleI followed the directions to a T and it made my hair worse. The roots were a different color than my ends because the directions told me to color the roots with one bottle and the ends with another. BummedColor made no change to my hair, wasn't the color i asked for. I feel like i pick a certain color and they change it to what they think will work. Was told they would resend the color i asked for and again it seemed like they chose the color.
