Never Again!!You have absolutely ruined my hair! Feels like hay!! Its breaking and falling out. I've never had issues like that with my hair. The color I asked came out too dark which didn't really matter because it washed out pretty quickly my grays are now a rusty color and look hideous!! I'd rather have my gray hair 🙄 I'm so disappointed and so traumatized by this product. Please please don't try this product if you love your hair. Go to a salon or embrace what you have. I am so sad. Don’t recommendThe color match was great. It did not last very long at all. I started out telling them I need something for stubborn greys and they didn’t send something to cover that. When I let them know, they sent another one free that covered them better. However after about 3 washes (with color safe shampoo and conditioner) neither dye lasted. Store bought dye lasts longer.
