Not happyI followed the steps exactly as specified but my color did not come out as expected. Root color did not cover grays completely and was Brown upon completion. Best I have usedFollowed easy to read instructions, colour was perfect! (Not so keen on the smell though).. after rinsing off, used shampoo and conditioner (which both smell lovely) with no trace of colour smell.. best I have used, will be sticking with e salon.. thank you 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
