Delivered fast and nice custom packagingYes, it go delivered in less than a week. And yes i love that every bottle had my name on it. But, they don’t tell you that everything you need to get your custom color, cost EXTRA money. I bought the color i wanted. I wanted to go from dark brown, to light ash brown….. the hair dye made my hair look DARKER. I asked my friends and family and they all agreed with me. I really wanted to try to since they said it’s better quality than the box hair dyes. Yes, it’s prettier and more custom. But the color is the same as a box…. Shows one picture but when you dye your hair it doesn’t come out like the picture…. So then i looked around the website and i needed to buy lighter to lighten my hair…. This product is the BOMB!I have never been happy with a hair color product - ever ! Until now. They matched my color perfectly, gave me advice, and it looks so natural. It did not sting or smell bad, it didn’t turn my hair orange, and it completely covered the gray ! Healthy looking hairI have always colored my hair myself with at home kits, which have left my hair feeling dry and dull. I was excited to try Esalon because of the reviews I read online and the price seemed like a bargain. The process was easy and the result was natural looking colour, and hair that feels healthy. Amazing colour. Would not be without it now.I have been colouring my hair through esalon for a few years and have always been delighted. The colour is beautiful and seems to improve the condition of my hair. Even my hairdresser comments on the colour and condition of my hair. Color not what I expected and left a burn on my foreheadI really love the concept of getting my own custom color for less, but I have a sensitive scalp and I guess this just didn’t work for me. Adjusted my hair colourI asked for an adjust for my colour to be lightened. I have just had it put on by my daughter. It is a brilliant colour love it. Very shiny thank you e salon.
