Pleased!I have never colored my hair at home, ever. The last 23 years I have been paying a lot of money at salons, in the ballpark of $180. This product that eSalon offers is great! I found the color came packaged with everything you need, including fantastic step by step directions. It's been about a month and my color is wearing awesome, it's covered my greys and the uneven tones of my previous highlights/color. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is hard to rinse out, but knowing that going forward wouldn't stop me from buying again. I am thrilled!!!I am more thrilled than when I went to the salon and spent $300 with a master stylist. I keep trying to explain what I am looking for and always ending up leaving broke and underwhelmed. I am so very happy with the results of my color with eSalon! I was a little nervous my first time, but there wasn't any reason to be. The color came out just like the picture I put up. The quality was just like I went to the salon. My hair felt very healthy, not like I used a box color from the drug store. Also, now that I am at the end of my six weeks my gray is hardly showing. This is a better result than the last several times going to the hair salon. I have recommended this to all of my closest friends. I would encourage someone considering this to give it a try. Wow!I was really nervous about trying this product after reading some of the reviews, but am so glad I did. I LOVE the color! I have never had a color, box or salon, that came closer to my ideal shade. Like other reviews, I had to rinse my hair for quite a while to get the gummy texture out after coloring. E salon is Fabulous to work withAfter trying a couple times, first time they thought I did not leave on long enough and second time I still did not get proper gray coverage leaving it on longer. I called and my colorist listened to what I was looking for in color and wow they really got it right!!! Best Color ever previously I could only get the color I wanted spending over $100 at a salon. I was then paying less at other salons but my color was never right. I have 100% white hair and now my blonde color is so pretty with just the right amount of gold and the coverage is fantastic.
