shampoo/conditionerHI, I know the packets you send for shampoo/conditioner are samples, but when washing the haircolor out of my hair there just isn't enough to make suds to really get all the hair color out. PerfectThe color combination was perfect. I had asked that a new shipment be sent in September due to me completely shattering my right elbow on May 14th and I am right-handed so it was going to be difficult to apply the color without the use of my right arm. I have not received any further kits since this shipment in June and it now November! I am still having issues with my right arm. I have three pins set in the elbow holding everything together and it still hurts a lot but I want my hair color kit sent to me, please - thank you. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wrong color; fried hair; uncomfortable when applyingI am not happy with the product as it burns my head while coloring, and the color was much too dark, and my hair has not been the same texture since. I feel that this product has "fried" my hair. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Something was not right from the start.When I shampooed out the product the rinse water had a massive amount of scummy frothy soap/dye? I was happy with the color and texture at the beginning, but by the time the first auto-reorder came up I now have dry brittle hair that has been falling out continuously. Luckily I have thick wavy hair to begin with, but not even my argon oil treatments and complete avoidance of heat styling tools, elastics, pins, etc has stopped the daily hair loss. Didn't color all my hair.The shipment didn't color all my hair. Not just hair line. Places I know were completely covered. When I contacted the company I was told to tell them what happened so they can do better next shipment.
