Greatly disappointed.I originally ordered a lighter shade but customer service emailed me saying they thought it was too light and my hair wouldn't turn out right. So I worked with the gal over the phone and we picked a color closer to my natural dark blond. I very clearly told her my hair has red undertones if the color is warm it will turn brassy and that I needed an ash or cool tone dye. She assured me this color would work. No, no it did not. Now I have a copper toned dark blonde/light brown hair and I absolutely hate it!!! I won't be using eSalon ever again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

HATED IT!!!!!I wanted blonde and was left with brown with red. Cost me $200 to get it back to a blonde close to where I started. Now I still look like a fake blonde instead of the natural blonde I used to using Loreal for $8 a month. Never again! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

So easy and eSalon has a great companion to the color for rootsI love the color! I love having the hair color delivered to me because it beats the hassle of going to the store or salon. Also, when I used boxed color, sometimes stores were out of my brand/color so this is great all around! I bought the spray on color, but didn't see where I could comment on it, so I want to comment on it here. The spray on color for roots is excellent. Fast, Easy and Great Results!E-Salon's Color was very easy to use. For someone who never colored her hair by herself before, I was quite hesitant. Even my husband was suggesting I shelf it and make an appointment at the salon. But I DID it! The instructions made it fool proof. It covered well (I have a few grays which needed covering). And the color was very natural looking. It was so natural looking that my husband and children could only tell the the gray hair had 'disappeared.' Holds its colorIt's been several years since I colored my hair and my hair grabbed the color a little darker than I wanted but it has gotten to the color I was wanting since I wash my hair every day. I had a lot of gray and looked washed out and the color picked my face up.
