Too expensive & not on timeI have cancelled my pre shipment order almost a month now and would no longer like to receive any more of your products. Then I received an email from you that a shipment will be shipped the end on Nov 30...Please cancel this delivery or shipment as soon as you can....thank you. Great colorI started with eSalon about 6 months ago and was immediately pleased with the color I got. However, I wanted to try and tweak it a bit to see if I could get it just a little darker. The worst hair color experience ever.When I finished with my hair I was so upset. I asked for the red to come out' instead my hair is ALL RED. It is also so much darker than what my hair should be.
