My Color change request is PERFECT!I requested that my color changed just slightly to a darker blonde. It was PERFECT! My salon could not have done a better job as compared to the eSalon. Dissapointing experienceI am very sorry to write a bad review but the way my hair looks today after the coloring of the roots last evening is horible. First the mix to make the colour had a very strong chimical smell. I had to open the bathroom door to have some air in. Secondly, it took me more than 25 min to rinse. I felt in one of those pranks where you don't notice the person behind you who keep pouring you shampoo while you rinse. I let my hair dry naturally but this morning it was all greese to the roots and looks like half wet although is not. The texture is now heavier like it was not washed in weeks.
