Terrible colourI informed e-salon that my hair is medium brown and I ordered medium ash brown hair colour. When my product arrived it was light ash brown. I e-mailed them that they had sent me the wrong product and that I didn't want my hair to go lighter as it always goes orange. They asked mt to phone them. The girl that I spoke to, Danielle, said that because the product I had ordered had so much ash in it they'd sent me a light/medium brown. She said that the product couldn't make my hair any lighter because it doesn't contain bleach. She advised that I do a strand test first. I did a strand test first but I couldn't really tell so I decided to use the product. My hair came out lighter and orange just as I'd worried and I had to re-dye it immediately with my usual colour. Perfect!I LOVE my color! I get compliments on it (the color specifically) at least weekly, usually 2-3 times each week. And, I commonly have strangers stop me to ask about my hair color! They tend to think my color is natural. Nope! It's E Salon! The colorists are clearly doing a great job!!! The color is fade resistant, especially with use of Tinted Love and Devoted to Hue. Additionally (even after a year of using E Salon) I'm always shocked and estatic when the root color touch up perfectly matches my ends!!! I can't say enough good about the products.
