DisappointingAlthough I followed the online instructions for what I wanted in hair color and included a photo of my current blonde hair AND followed hair coloring instructions to a "T" - my hair color was darker than it's ever been in my life. I asked for strawberry medium blonde and I now have mousy brown hair with a tinge of red at the roots if you look at it in the right light. I've shampooed it several times and after a week - it has not lightened much. VERY disappointed. Left a thick grit on hairThe color came out very very dark and orange at the root. That wasn't the worst. The color this time left a thick gritty feeling to my hair. I washed it 6 times and can't get it out. I will never use it again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great product!I love this hair color! I receive everything I need to color my hair in one box, that's so convenient especially for me since I'm disabled and don't leave the house as often as I use to but I know my eSalon hair color will be here waiting on me for a great touch up! Best Hair ColorI was scared to start dying my hair with this hair color because I have never used it before and it was different than the other hair color I used before but I done it and it was the best color I have ever used . It was easy and I thought it was going to be hard and it lasted longer than the other did as well as the color was awesome . Just perfect!I tried other hair coloring products, to include other mailed professional mixtures, but I've never had results like with this one: it leaves hair smooth and shiny, and healthy looking! Also, I had to adjust the color after the first time and the colorist was right on target. And the service is terrific. Perfect MatchI love my hair color. I was so surprised at what a perfect match it was to the color my stylist used. She even commented how great it looked when I went in for a trim.
