Did not match color I requested.Awesome service. However was not pleased with final color. I submitted several pictures of the color of wanted but never came out lighter, always darker. And also did not cover the grays completely. Would've paid a private salon service for the same amount I ended up paying here after all the tries. Still grayThis product after several tries for the last few months does not cover my gray hair at my roots around my face. Color also washes out fast, even using their recomended shampoo and conditioner. Works better than the pricey Aveda Salon stuff!!I've been have my hair done at a pricey salon for years...but as I am getting more and more grey hair the Aveda dye wouldn't cover or last long enough!!! Great at home colorLove this product. I've been coloring my hair at home for several years due to high price at salon. Trying to keep up with gray regrowth at salon was very costly. Color and process easy to followAs an experienced home colorist, found the directions and process very easy to follow. In addition the color was complimentary to my already highlighted hair.
