Custom Hair ColoreSalon was my first experience with "at-home" hair color. I was beyond impressed and highly recommend the product. Their service team was great and offered excellent advice and support to help make the perfect match for what I wanted. They were able to look at a picture and my current hair color and create a custom color to fit my needs. I love how easy the entire process is, from at-home coloring, to front door delivery of the product. The automatic refill is great too! The perfect color, just when you need it. High end color at home!At 35, I have pervasive gray hair that is very wirey. I'm not ready to be all gray yet but can't afford salon color every five weeks. Have tried every at home color kit in the book with varying results none as amazing as eSalon! The color sent perfectly matched, took care of all of my grays and left my hair shiny and healthy looking and feeling. Best customer service!I was skeptical to order from online salon, I did anyway as my life has become more complicated. I was very surprised and happy with the results. Custom roots color- time saver, high qualityI could afford to go to a salon to get my roots done, but I can't afford the time and the nuisance! Just for roots!? what a hassle. This product makes all the difference - and it's easy. Every now and then they ask for a selfie to make sure they're still on track w/color, and they send me plenty of product. I ordered some extra tools the first time around to make application a bit easier, but that was all I needed. It's not sloppy, and they give you color remover for your hair line.
