Salon qualityI've used this product twice to color my hair at home. It's very easy, the instructions are simple with a large font (doesn't gray hair and needing readers go hand and hand?). They mixed a perfect match that covered my 95% grey roots beautifully!!I've always had trouble doing my roots since I have so much grey hair (starting getting greys at age 20) and my now colored hair is auburn. I sent a picture so that the colorist could see how grey the roots were and match my existing color. Well, I was BLOWN AWAY with the results. Impressive and AffordableI'm so pleased how well the colorist matched my skin tones and eye color. eSalon wasn't any more difficult than store bought colors.
