1st time great, 2nd not so much.When I received my first hair dye kit, I couldn't wait to use it! The results were great, lasted long and I got many compliments. The 2nd time was not as successful; my color lasted less than 6 every other day washings, didn't notice much color change to begin with. Could have been better.I was not impressed with my most recent order. I was only looking to go a little bit lighter and received only the root touch-up so I went to a salon and asked if this was customary and they said no. They did advise me as to how I should apply it and I utilized what was sent to the best of my ability. I don't think I will be ordering from eSalon any longer. Terrific hair color!!!I love this hair dye and I'll tell you why, one day I used another brand while waiting for my order ,BAD mistake no kidding that other brand dye dried my hair so bad I had to condition my hair for a while never again will I use another brand it does make a difference. eSalon is the best dye I have ever used and I'm in my 60s ..Aloha..... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Ease of colorI like that I don't have to make an appointment to get the color done is a plus. I like being able to do my own color when I have time. I love eSalon!!!I did my roots for the first time using eSalon and I must say I am totally impress...They match my color 100%...Not only does it look like a professional hair dresser did my hair but it was Sooooooooo much cheaper!!!
