If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Best hair colour I've ever usedIve used most hair colours and I'm including salon ones here. This colour leaves your hair smooth and silky with great colour at a fraction of the salon cost. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Not the Shade I Ordered⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Not the Shade I Ordered I ordered medium brown expecting a natural, mid-tone brunette shade. Unfortunately, what I received was extremely dark brown — my hair now looks almost black. I was aiming for a soft, medium brunette look, but this is way too dark and doesn’t match the description or image. If you’re looking for a true medium brown, I’d recommend going at least one or two shades lighter than what you think you need. Unfortunately not what I asked forI’m a bit disappointed in this set as I asked for a dark strawberry blonde and uploaded photos for reference but I’ve used the set and it’s just a dark blonde, it’s left me with a really flat dark blonde with no warmth. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
