Trust the ExpertsI had been using a darker shade of brown, but the last time I ordered my colorist had me send a picture. She said I should definitely go lighter. I took her advice and love it. Wow! They Nailed It.I've never colored my hair before, so I had my husband do it for me. It came out amazing. If that doesn't tell you how easy this was, I don't know what will. The color is absolutely spot on. My colorist chatted with me and decided to change the color I'd chosen based on the picture and description of what I wanted. I like to have a "natural" Irish redhead look, which is a tricky color in my opinion. I watched the instruction videos that were short, sweet, and to the point. Then we winged it. It's perfect. Great kitClear instructions, kit includes everything you need including gloves, stain barrier and remover, and the product itself was great, I am happy with the outcome. It was sadly my own mistake that I didn’t put quite as much into my roots as ends, but I know for next time 😅 will look forward to receiving my next kit when it’s time to re-dye. Also: I stated I had keratin treated hair and needed it to be compatible with that and so far, so good. It doesn’t seem to have impacted the treatment at all. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Easy affordableI did really like the color, but not so much my husband, so I have not done any touch ups or any of it. Actually i bought another kit at drugstore to go back to my brown hair Can I send back the 2 packages that u sent me? Amazing!I've coloured my hair myself for about 10 years now and this was my first time trying esalon and I'm in love! Such a gorgeous box, I love all the small things like the sticker to stick up the instructions, which are clear and really helpful. The colour is fab, and the application method was easy.
