Best customer service!I was skeptical to order from online salon, I did anyway as my life has become more complicated. I was very surprised and happy with the results. Custom roots color- time saver, high qualityI could afford to go to a salon to get my roots done, but I can't afford the time and the nuisance! Just for roots!? what a hassle. This product makes all the difference - and it's easy. Every now and then they ask for a selfie to make sure they're still on track w/color, and they send me plenty of product. I ordered some extra tools the first time around to make application a bit easier, but that was all I needed. It's not sloppy, and they give you color remover for your hair line. I'm delighted!The first order, ended up with a bit too much red. I sent photos and my colorist recommended changes which on the second color looked great! Worst hair color I have ever used.Fumes burned my eyes. Formula burned my scalp and it is now peeling. Hair feels dry and some of it fell out. Darker than expected for light brown. Will never purchase again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
