Not HappyI was not happy with my last color and the 100% guarantee is that they will tell you that they sent the correct color according to what they think was right. I replied back and felt that they told me I was wrong. OK, maybe I did not describe the color I wanted correctly, but why do I provide you with a phone #. If there was a question about the color a phone call from my "personal" colorist would have been nice. You are no longer the only online color people!!! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Bad custom colorI chose a medium brown and submitted two pictures in two different lights and a profile. The custom color they told me would be more flattering was a light brown. I took their professional advise, I used and processed for the full time - very meticulous about my hair coloring process. The color they advised was not right for me.
