Very detailed and hair came out greatFrom the time you open box everything is detailed so no mistakes, and everything you need is there. My hair color was perfect and soft and shining. Custom Hair ColoreSalon was my first experience with "at-home" hair color. I was beyond impressed and highly recommend the product. They were able to look at a picture and my current hair color and create a custom color to fit my needs. High end color at home!At 35, I have pervasive gray hair that is very wirey. I'm not ready to be all gray yet but can't afford salon color every five weeks. Have tried every at home color kit in the book with varying results none as amazing as eSalon! The color sent perfectly matched, took care of all of my grays and left my hair shiny and healthy looking and feeling.
