Love love love my custom hair color!I was hesitant to try this new way of buying hair dye but after reading tons of reviews and watching several you tube videos I was feeling more confident with giving it a try. I am SO glad I did. I have been complemented on my hair almost everyday that I am out and about. They always ask "is that your natural color?" I want to say yes because it is the closest match I've ever gotten to my natural hair color, being a redhead it can be challenging finding the right shade especially if you are trying to keep it natural looking. My hair is soft and shiny...I had a little bit of fall out after I dyed it but nothing compared to the drugstore brands. I dyed my hair 4 weeks ago and the color is still vibrant. I did order the shampoo and conditioner as well as the color enhancing treatment which I've used twice a week to give my color that boost..I just can't say enough good things about this product! The website was super easy to navigate, I ordered my hair color with ease and it was shipped and received within a week! You won't regret giving this a try. I bet you'll be hooked. Beyond pleasedI have, unsuccessfully, tried to explain the color I wanted (the couple times I got brave enough to get my hair colored) in the past. So to be honest, I was more than a bit apprehensive. I bit the bullet. Each min that passed I got more nervous. What if it wasn't mixed enough? What if the color is uneven? See, I'm very hair stupid... I can barely braid. Thirty minutes lasped. I added water to the remainder and finished the instructions. Oh MY GOD!! The color is fabulous!! I have always just wanted the red highlights in my hair to be much more pronounced. I was able to get the EXACT color I'd always wanted, that no stylist ever got anywhere near close to, in a short time. All while sitting on the side of my bath tub! Not HAPPY!My last color turned my hair reddish and I have BROWN hair. Now I cant get the red color out. I am so upset and will never order this again. I went to a salon and told them what colors "My Colorist" mixed and they said it was wrong. I have dark brown hair and they put ash, brown and mahogany in my color and it put a 2" red stripe on the top where I would cover my roots. 1st time great, 2nd not so much.When I received my first hair dye kit, I couldn't wait to use it! The results were great, lasted long and I got many compliments. The 2nd time was not as successful; my color lasted less than 6 every other day washings, didn't notice much color change to begin with.
