Bad custom colorI chose a medium brown and submitted two pictures in two different lights and a profile. The custom color they told me would be more flattering was a light brown. I took their professional advise, I used and processed for the full time - very meticulous about my hair coloring process. The color they advised was not right for me. ConcernedThis was the first hair color that made my naturally curly hair super frizzy & unmaneable. Maybe, you can explain to me why this happened.? Also, my hair is starting to become brassy again. Wrong base hair colorUnfortunately, you are still using a blonde base for the color. Multilevel colorYesterday I was celebrating my 60th birthday on a boat.
