I am new to dyeing my own hairI love the personalization of this entire experience -- makes me feel very special! I also like how responsible the staff is in making certain I am happy. This first batch was a little dark and didn't cover the grey, so the team is now working on a new formulation for my next shipment. A superior productEase of application and color that lasts. I had not colored my hair since receipt of your custom color several months ago, so after a haircut taking off 12-13", it was virgin gray hair which was covered completely and evenly. Love it!I colored my hair about a year ago so I had long uncolored roots showing. Sent them a pic, and they sent what I needed for the roots and also the long ends.
