Too DarkThis "light" blonde was waaay too dark. I followed the directions precisely and my hair came out darker than it was before. It even darkened my blonde highlights! The only silver lining...ironically, I was worried it would be too light, so at least I can go to my hairdresser to add some light back in. This was my attempt to do something more affordable, but it did not come out right. I will say this...it looks natural...just too plain and mousy for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I am new to dyeing my own hairI love the personalization of this entire experience -- makes me feel very special! I also like how responsible the staff is in making certain I am happy. This first batch was a little dark and didn't cover the grey, so the team is now working on a new formulation for my next shipment. A superior productEase of application and color that lasts. I had not colored my hair since receipt of your custom color several months ago, so after a haircut taking off 12-13", it was virgin gray hair which was covered completely and evenly. Love it!I colored my hair about a year ago so I had long uncolored roots showing. Sent them a pic, and they sent what I needed for the roots and also the long ends.
