Love this demi colorI use the demi color so it washes out naturally over time. They matched my color perfectly with just a picture. Choose wisely...Okay, so first, I've never had color last this beautifully, and for that reason alone I love this product. However, I was a little bummed, my hair didn't seem to match as well to the coppery color I had hoped for. Don't get me wrong, the color was still nice, but it looked more auburn than copper. I am looking for that gorgeous, carroty, coppery hair, and while I thought I had chosen carefully enough, it just wasn't quite there. A little trial and error. BEWAREI will start by saying I loved the hair color. It did what they said it would do and it is an excellent product. Unfortunately, that is the least of your problems here. I received an email for a promotion for their hair care products. It seemed like too good a deal and you know what they say - and in this case it is very true. I ordered the promotional items (a deal involving purchase of 3 of their shampoos, etc) and they were immediately shipped. Within 3 days they also shipped my hair color order WITH DUPLICATES OF THE 3 ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE PROMOTION BUT AT FULL PRICE! I haven't even had a chance to try the products yet, so absolutely don't want to pay $45 for something I'm not even sure I will ever use. I called to inquire how eSalon would take care of this problem and encountered the rudest customer service rep ever. She didn't seem to know how to do her job to begin with - she let me try to explain the problem without even asking for my name, order number, etc.. Then when she realized she didn't have any idea what I was talking about, she got my info and we started over. She looked at my account and promptly announced that I had ordered the items twice. Once on promotion and once to be shipped with my hair color. Um, no. Why would I do that? She proceeded to speak to me condescendingly as if I were of VERY limited intelligence. She ended up telling me to send the product back which would be fine, except I did not expect to pay to ship something back I didn't order to begin with. I asked for a postage paid return label. Her response, after a sigh, was to explain to me as if speaking to a toddler that I should just take it back to the post office. When I pointed out that the post office would not ship something for free just because I asked them to, she gave another long-suffering sigh and told me to write "Return to Sender" on it. Not what was expectedThe color made my hair darker than its original color. I ordered a copper burgundy and there was no copper or burgundy in my hair when it was all done.
