Great color - Extremely irritating to my skinThe color is GREAT. This product is extremely irritating to my skin.... even more than the drugstore brands I have used in the past. Even though it cost a little bit more, I will go back to my other online brand that did not irritate at all. I had really hoped eSalon would work, but no way. I want to constantly scratch. In rare cases, one can develop sensitivity to hair color over time. This is why eSalon recommends performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Custom Hair ColorAt first I loved the colors that were designed for me, but after using it for a while the color was darker and darker. I have dark brown hair naturally, well before the gray started. The next shipment would come in and I would use it but it just began looking lifeless. Excellent coverage for gray hairI have looked at purchasing E-Salon for years now. I was in a financial crunch and had an interview coming up, I needed to look put together and that means no roots, or for me grey roots. I had heard of E-Salon from various people that they were happy with the product. My hair had 3 different colors going on mostly gray, some blonde, and brown. In my need to look fabulous for this job interview I needed to have an all over color not three. Of course the price, WOW...no brainer, I can get this product for over a year and still come out ahead on the price you'd pay at the Salons. In my email an advert came across for E-Salon. I was just going to check them out on their website but was given an offer I couldn't refuse. The price is nominal when it comes to a professional product that you can do yourself and have the results come out looking like I just stepped out of the Salon. I am VERY happy with this product. Your initial purchase you are asked questions about your hair type, and other pertinent information that will allow their professional colorist to combine and chose the perfect hair color match for you specifically. I was even given the color combinations used for my future references to make my next order easy and effortless. On my next purchase which is auto shipped, you're in control of the timing of when you want your next purchase and their portal is easy to navigate I will be doing the roots, just the roots. Perfect.
