What happened?I loved the initial color and got compliments on the color. The follow up was the same. However, this 3rd issue turned out darker than the others. The same stylist applied it according to directions as with 1st & 2nd. love e-salonI have been an e-salon customer for a few years now and it is a great company. They adjust haircolor based on my feedback and the results are wonderful. My hair has a variety of colors not flat, covers my gray hair and looks/feels great. I recommend them to all my friends/family the money I have saved is awesome but wouldn't keep coming back if it wasn't a great system. Absolutely LOVE!!I finally got up the nerve to use my kit! It wasn't because of doubts with the product, I have heard many many good reviews! I'm just a chicken when it comes to change..Lol! But I finally got my nerve up and with the help of my daughter..we did it! I simply cannot believe how beautiful the color is! eSalon you are amazing at color matching!! AWESOME COLOR!!!I can't thank you enough! I was in a pickle as a scheduling conflict meant I had to miss my regular color/style appt at the salon. With some helpful tips from the colorist at eSalon, I selected a color for my gray root grow out. Within 7 days I had my color kit (also got the cape & tools kit) The instructions were very clear and the results are fantastic! My hair had highlights from my last salon appt & the tips showed me how to protect them. So HAPPY with results!!!
