Better than expected!Used this service for the first time in October 2016. My hair colour was a big change to how I had been but the colour was great, my hair is in fab condition since using my custom colour and I actually loved the new colour after getting used to it. I put a couple of highlights through my hair and they turned out a great colour. I've received my next colour and I asked to be a little lighter and my colourist has altered the colour. I haven't used it as yet as I've found my new colour to last much longer than my previously dyed hair. Very Nice ColorThe color was true to the color I expected and was a nice brown. The instructions were clear and the kit was nice quality. I used the brush that came with as the applicator and liked that. My complaint is that 1 of the 2 bottles had opened at the top and some liquid spilled out inside the package during shipping.
