Did not meet expectations.The kit came with everything it said it would and the products came all nice and neat and worked for the most part. After only 3 washes though, all of the color was gone. All it had done was taken out the last color i put in and i was back to natural. Incredible Custom Hair Color at less than half the cost of a salon.I switched to eSalon several years ago after spending a decade of paying top prices at my local salon.
