I was frustrated when my order did not arrive when expected. Rather than contact you, I chose to see how long it would take. I was shocked when you contacted me to check on my order and then expedited a replacement. Fabulous customer service! I absolutely love my hair color. It was much, MUCH better than I expected. The color is what I would expect from a top hair salon. Thank you!!

My recent health issues have made my hair thin and dry. I was afraid to color anymore. But eSalons color is gentle yet effective. My hair has been looking great. Very pleased.

I love love love this colour, it suits me perfectly. I got such good grey coverage and the directions are simple to follow. Absolutely love that you put everything needed to do the job properly in the box, like 2 pairs of gloves! Also use the timer for cooking too ha! I can't recommend you highly enough and have been telling my friends about you. Wish I had jumped on board sooner!
