don't have oneThe colorant has been gentle on my hair, and arrives when I need it. With that being said, the first color has always been perfect. The second bottle of color has been consistently too brassy and red. I've asked for this to be changed, and I can see where adjustments have been made, but still way to brassy and red. RegretI am sorry to say I will not be ordering esalon color anymore. I love the color except I should not have to color every 2-3 weeks. I can buy my box color and it dosnt wash out at all. Not enough hair color to color entirety of my hairI did not receive enough hair color to color all of my hair. I have extremely thick hair and I had the entire left side of my head without color. Not so good this timeThis time I received a two pack of color, but one bottle of developer had leaked a little. I didn't realize it was enough that, when I mixed and put color on my hair...my hair came out a bright red! I was horrified and started crying the minute I took off the towel after showering. Turned my hair cherry chocolateI just tried your product and was very excited for positive results. My color before dying my hair today was a caramel brown with blond high lights and medium brown roots. My goal as specified was to return my hair to it's natural color, a golden medium brown. The hair dye turned my hair a deep maroon brown with crimson highlights. It definitely does not look natural and it is excessively red. I'll never pay a salon $80 again!I'm so happy my friend suggested eSalon. It was super easy to apply and gave me a great natural color. I'm about 4 weeks in and it's holding better than the last salon color I got (really). I have red hair and just want to cover grays and brighten things up.
