Good product result. Good quality and service. Ingredient uncertainty.Good color and tone. Not so red, which is what I wanted. Gentle, no harshness in odor or feel on scalp. I like that the kit is complete with all tools and extra gloves. The only concern is hair loss. Some ingredients can cause this in hair dye. There was one ingredient in the color formulation that only stated that it "may contain" this ingredient. I like the products so far, but the ingredient list needs to be specific and current.
