Really surprised.I have colored my hair at home for the past ten years with pretty good results. The color faded more quickly than I liked so I am trying something new. Turned my hair brassy/red-orange!!!!!I asked for a lighter color and more gray coverage. The color I had previously wa LJ-06-15VOL. . It was never brassy... It was changed to LJ-07-20VOL. I hate the resulting color.. I'm cancelling my membership; I'll find a better color elsewhere. It's a shame, because my daughterr and I have been members for over 2 years now. DISAPPOINTING!. Love my color!I had been buying two colors at the store and mixing them. I always had trouble finding both colors, I had to remember how much of each I used, and the outcome was unpredictable, although I always liked it. eSalon provides a more subtle color, which is natural looking and complements my skin coloring more. Great stuff! Great service!I love the personalised service. Make sure you send a photo so they have some idea of where you are now. I had a follow up email that helped determine the best colour for me. Used it 2 days ago and perfect shiny colour. They'll work with me if I gradually want to go darker.
