Really surprised.I have colored my hair at home for the past ten years with pretty good results. The color faded more quickly than I liked so I am trying something new. Turned my hair brassy/red-orange!!!!!I asked for a lighter color and more gray coverage. The color I had previously wa LJ-06-15VOL. . It was never brassy... It was changed to LJ-07-20VOL. I hate the resulting color.. I'm cancelling my membership; I'll find a better color elsewhere. It's a shame, because my daughterr and I have been members for over 2 years now. DISAPPOINTING!.
