Not what I expectedI ordered strawberry blonde, but the color did not so much strawberry as just medium blonde. It was so much like the color I already had that no one could tell that I had colored my hair at all. While the customer service has been excellent, and the actual color process was so much better than box color, I wish the color I received had been closer to what was stated. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I was shocked......in a good way! I was sure the color they sent would turn my natural color red-nope! Pretty sure they knew what they were doing.
