...in a good way! I was sure the color they sent would turn my natural color red-nope! Pretty sure they knew what they were doing. I have grey and colored/highlighted hair so not so easy to color. I did respond to ask for better grey coverage but I'm super happy so far!

So easy having my color delivered on my set schedule, always the right color. An when it comes to doing my my hair I know the color will be exactly what I am expecting and Beautiful every time

Great product. I requested a change on my color to not be so harsh. After following the personalized directions for coloring it I was happy with the end results. Not harsh, felt healthy and was shiny.

I am so happy to have found you guys. The quality of color is exceptional, I am so happy with the results. I think I didn't leave it on long enough or I'm not quite so good at applying it myself yet because not all my gray was covered BUT what did get covered is gorgeous. I will totally order again. This is perfect for those who cant afford salon prices but the store boxes are just not doing the job, which is where I am at. I love how my name was on the bottle and the instructions, what a cool touch to personalize the service to your customers. You just got a life long fan....and with my gray that really is a LONG time...Thank you!!
