The customer service people are fabulous and always willing to take the time to discuss your color goals. Color always is on time. They send email reminders to let you know when to expect your next delivery. Within the email is also an opportunity to change your color. I highly recommend giving them a try! Will save you lots of money!

I love my new hair color. Esalon made picking what I wanted easy & provided some needed advice that helped my color not be too dark. I had everything I needed to apply the color and it looks great.

Not only is the color perfect, but it's easy to use and BEST part is that I don't have to remember to stop at the Beauty Supply store to buy hair color anymore! I always ended up spending money on stuff I don't need when I went there, anyway. Thanks eSalon!
