Perfect matchThe color I chose was a perfect match to my hair!! And, while the root touch--up wasn't as easy as my aesthetician makes it look, it wasn't horrible either!! I rinsed it out, shampooed, conditioned, and was worried when it felt heavy and goopy--turns out I didn't get it all rinsed by leaning over the tub. Thank you, Callie C., for listening!I cannot thank you enough for helping with the mess I was left with after a salon hair coloring. The roots were not only the worst shade of orange, I have dark brown hair, but was left with the orange stain all around my face! (Supposedly one of the premier salons in my area.) I wasn't able to send a picture, but she listened to my concerns from online contact and honestly, was able to completely correct the coloring and give me back my normal brown hair. Must tryAs someone who is constantly looking for the best color I can get for the best price I can get, this was a great decision. I loved my color they gave me but I wanted it a little different, and just like that- they changed it for my next shipment with a cute lil graph to show me what they changed. Perfect color on a budgetFollow instructions and give lots of information on what you want...and you'll get it, perfect for what I wanted from day 1, I wish I could go to salon...but I'm on a tight budget, this is a great comprise of salon quality with me doing the application. Good Color...and moreIt's not my color before the grey started but I like the one they mixed for me. I like this product better then "drug store" versions because #1 the color seems to last longer; #2 I really like that I can shampoo the excess colorant out immediately and #3 it gives my hair 'body'. I know most hair colors cause the hair to have some body to it but overall I'm very happy I tried the eSalon product. It costs a little more but I figure "I'm worth it"(Ha, ha.) With your order you are also given 'real latex' gloves not plastic. You also are given samples of their shampoo and conditioner, a 'stain guard' and 'stain remover'. You are given clear,. easy to follow instructions for application. And it is nice how they are always making sure you are satisfied with your results. (They send e-mails asking for feed-back.) Having a 'personal representative' is always a plus with any service. I've used this product 4 or 5 times, had them adjust the color 2 times. And hey, if in the future I want to 'tweak' the color again that's my option. I'm a happy customer. I have really appreciated your hair color product but at 75 and recently widowed I've decided to try to let my hair "go natural" to see if the thinning will stop and also to see if i'll like it.
