Being a licensed hairdresser I thought I would see what this was all aboutThe first problem I noticed choosing your natural hair color. The majority of the time the customer does not no their natural hair color. When selecting your color what you believe to be dark light red purple ect. May not be the same to the color specialist mixing your color that is why several times the color ends up too dark. It should be pointed out that if you have colored your hair this will not work if you want to lighten your hair you cannot use hair color to lighten pre colored hair that is why the new growth turns out one color and the ends are the same as they were previously. They should also inform people with long hair that they will need to purchase more than one bottle because it will not be enough to color all their hair. I purchased my color the directions given to put on my new growth or fine but whenever I pull color through the ends I do not use a 20-volume developer that damages your hair you only need to deposit color they should provide a lower volume developer to refresh your color on the ends. They should explain for people with gray hair that want good coverage around their hairline they should apply to the hairline completely and thoroughly first then proceed with the application on the rest of the hair. Not impressed with the shampoo and conditioner provided would recommend using what you know works well with your hair. Overall this is an average product not much different than purchasing your color at the drugstore. Downfall to this you don't get a photo of what the color looks like or a color swatch that you would be able to see in a hair salon. Not as dark as I wantedI Wanted more blue tones. But I got the same color as my last order even after writing a note for adjustments. However they did ship fast and I was able to dye my hair on time. beautiful color at a fraction of the cost.I was really nervous about trying this but so glad I did. I wasn't expecting 2 separate colors to apply so I did have to have my son help me a bit, not a one person job. Color went on smoothly, blending the 2 colors wasn't as hard as I thought and the clean up was even easy. My hair looks great and is very smooth! Will definitely be using again. amazing the colour is deep strong and shiney even after 2 weeks 5 starsI don't often review things but this hair colour is salon quality the colour is so strong and even my hair is shiny and not dull I'm so impressed I'm ordering more now. recommended you wont use another hair colour after this. Never going to the salon again!Loved this experience so much! At first I was skeptical since I know nothing about hair color and was strictly going off the images on the website. I ordered a dark chocolate color thinking from the picture it would be exactly what I wanted. I noted that I have red undertones in my brown hair that I wanted to cover. The same day I ordered I was sent an email saying the colorist thought the color would be too dark to my liking and that a better formula was created for myself personally. Amazing customer service! Shows that these colorists know what they're doing and are paying attention to their customers. Not only were the directions precise and easy to follow but the product result was amazing. Not only did I love the customized color but I was able to do it at my own convenience and for a much cheaper rate than salons.
