UnhappyThis is about my 3rd or 3th ti.e using esalon. They still can't get my colir right. Grey isn't being civeted, they never fixed my old color below ears. Second bad color in a rowI'm so tired of the horrible colors this company sends and the so called color specialists that are supposed to help you fix their mishaps.
