Very pleasedI asked for a true medium to dark brown color . Usually I always end up with tints of red in my hair wich I do not like. I love this color . Very happy with the results . Covered my greys and gave me an even all over tone with no red hues . .. so so happy!!! Healthy hair colorFinally a color that doesn't make clumps of hair fall off from chemically treating it. Unlike any boxed hair color on the market!! Overall great grey coverage & leaves hair soft & manageable. Unbelievable how awesome this product is! Once you go esalon, you'll never buy a boxed hair color again. Paid attention to my need/wanteven though I have colored my own hair and used professional premixed color with developer'for more years I want to admit... as I am getting older and not in the sun as much my skin tone was changing. Great color!E-salon has been tinkering with my formula to make my hair darker, closer to my real color (before the gray!). I love the color. However, the texture of my hair became like greasy straw, which is why I didn't rate 5 stars. E-salon customer service, however, gets 5 stars. Flat colour and just as messy as any other home colour.If you think there is anything special about this then you will be disappointed. The colour is flat - nothing like any of the images around the site. It's as messy to do as any home colour. It costs twice as much and they want you to keep buying so keep your details online so you can't just forget about it as it'll turn up and you'll have paid - so beware of that and cancel between orders so you don't get caught out. Don't waste your money - for twice as much you can go to a standard local hairdresser - for half as much you can buy a box from Boots or Superdrug - either option is preferable. 23 of 25 people found this review helpful.
