So easyThe instructions were very clear and the product was exactly what I wanted. As a busy stay at home mom with two kids, I was having trouble getting out to make hair appointments to cover my grays. This is no affordable and convenient. Great service optionI think this is a great tool for people wanting a custom hair color, and they have real people giving advice on what types of colors / tones / levels you should use based on what you have and what you want. not as good as beforeI don't know if the formulation changed, but the texture of my last hair color product seemed "drier" than it used to be, it didn't spread as easily in my hair. I like that it doesn't leak everywhere, but the consistency seemed different this time. I was also disappointed with the color itself. I specifically requested no red, and to neutralize the red, but my brown is definitely reddish.
