Best hair color product ever!This is the greatest idea for at home stylists. U can never find that perfect color in the stores. And going to the salon supply stores is a chore. Unless you actually know what your are doing. The color is so vibrant and doesn't damage your hair. The only thing I just cannot figure out is why does the roots blend have to be so, brown? Why are the 2 bottles so different from each other? It just doesn't make sense to me to have a color for roots, that you need to redo every month or 2, to be a color different from the rest if your head? Great product, wrong colorI loved the packaging and it was delivered super fast! However, the color I chose turned out to match my hair exactly so it didn't do anything for me; but the dye didn't make my hair feel damanged or anything. Dull looking hairI was very disappointed this month with my color and then I realized that my colorist was changed without letting me know. I was very happy with Vanessa and I finally had a color I loved. Impressive at first....then, not so muchWith the first kit, The color came out nice and lasted for a good while before my persistent grays started showing. Second try to regulate intensity of colorI gave you a second chance to improve this color and it is still too dark and leaves my hair extremely dry.
